We find that the problem is what to choose from our huge range of Flapjackery flavours. Carol and Sally are always coming up with something new to add to the list, Their latest one to hit the block is the Caramel Latte which is going down a storm at our shows!

April / May/ June

Caramel Latte – a coffee flapjack topped with a layer of caramel fudge and Belgian white chocolate swirls.

July / August

Passion fruit and caramel – a scummy flapjack with a passion fruit and caramel layer, topped with passion fruit and a white chocolate drizzle.

Eton Mess – a flapjack loaded with a sumptuous strawberry layer, crispy crumbled meringue  and finished with a strawberry drizzle.

Lemon and Poppy Seed – a citrus flapjack suffused with lemon juice and topped with poppy seeds and lemon zest.

September / October

Blackcurrant and Liquorice –  a flapjack base with a layer of blackcurrant and finished with a liquorice fudge and blackcurrant swirl.

Sticky Toffee Pudding – a soft date flapjack with a sweet toffee fudge layer, dotted with dates.

November / December

Chocolate Mint – a delicious chocolate flapjack, layered with a mint fondant and smothered in dark Belgian chocolate.

Mince Pie – a flapjack packed full of brandied fruit and Christmas spices and finished off with a dusting of snowy white icing sugar.
