Our multi award-winning Apple & Blackcurrant Flapjack is handmade in Devon using the finest ingredients. We layer sharp, tangy apples and plump, juicy blackcurrants between a flapjack base, creating a slice that’s rich, fruity, and full of character.
Each flapjack is finished with a generous swirl of blackcurrant and creamy yoghurt topping and is a moist, indulgent treat that’s as beautiful as it is delicious.

We pride ourselves on excellent customer service. If you call us, you will get an actual living, breathing human being on the end of the phone, most likely Mandy or Cheryl! However, as living breathing humans we don’t work 24/7 - our bakery is open from Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm. You will be able to reach us within these hours on 01822 258008.
